Fees, payment schedules, and milestones for consulting engagements are defined in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Late payments may result in a pause of active work until resolved.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private and to use it solely for the purposes of that engagement, consistent with any mutual non-disclosure agreement in place.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qminds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
